SmarterHQ Promotes Holthaus to VP

SmarterHQ has promoted Kara Holthaus to vice president of client services. She previously served as director of client success. Her responsibilities include managing an eight person team to increase retention rates and work closely with sales organization to expand revenue within accounts. Holthaus will work closely with SmarterHQ’s product and sales & marketing teams to ensure every customer is set up for success from the start. She was named to Mira’s Tech25 class of 2015.
