‘Slick’ Documentary Set For Premiere
Fans, family and friends will pay homage to an Indiana icon this week. “Bobby 'Slick' Leonard: Heart of a Hoosier” will premiere this evening at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Producer Ted Green was able to unearth old footage showcasing Leonard as a great basketball player as well as a coach and broadcaster. Green and WFYI Chief Executive Officer Lloyd Wright discussed the documentary on Inside INdiana Business Television. The documentary's broadcast premiere is set for Thursday, August 7 on WFYI.
