The company says the board will nominate candidates to succeed Jerry Hammes, William Lawson and David Link at its upcoming annual meeting of shareholders.
Skyline says the members’ decisions to retire and not stand for re-election to the board "are not a result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies, or practices."
Lawson will retire July 24, while Hammes and Link will continue until the shareholder meeting in late September. Hammes, Lawson, and Link have served on the board since 1986, 1973, and 1994, respectively. Each currently serves on the board’s audit, nominating and corporate governance, and compensation committees.
The company says the board will have the opportunity to appoint a director to fill Lawson’s unexpired term.
