Principal Scott Gray says the deal with CBRE in Los Angeles will give Sitehawk access to the global company’s extensive resources and new markets.
Sitehawk works with retailers including JCPenney, Hobby Lobby and Costco in executing regional real estate strategies. It currently boasts a portfolio of approximately eight million square feet. Gray and fellow principals Larry Davis, Steve Delaney and Mark Perlstein will join CBRE in regional retail leadership roles.
CBRE has around 70,000 employees in more than 400 offices around the world. The Sitehawk announcement marks the latest in a series of acquisitions over the last few years. The company recently announced deals for United Commercial Realty in Dallas and Philadelphia-based Fameco.
