Indianapolis-based Simon Youth Foundation has named Sarah Beeson (pictured), Andy Hutcherson and Reid Searles to its board of directors. Beeson is senior vice president of real estate banking at PNC Bank.  Hutcherson serves as senior vice president of innovation and customer experience for Simon Property Group.  Searles works as first vice president and senior financial advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.
