Shiel Sexton Names VP

Shiel Sexton has named Heather Devocelle vice president of talent management. She brings more than 20 years of management experience to the firm with an extensive background in human resources, business, and training & development. Devocelle served six years in a leadership role with the State of Indiana. She will be responsible for assessing talent needs and addressing them through creative and forward-thinking acquisition, engagement, development, and retention programs. Devocelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
