Enbi Acquired by Massachusetts Company

Watermill Group, a private investment firm based in Massachusetts, has acquired Shelbyville-headquartered Enbi. The deal marks Watermill’s second major cross-border acquisition in two years, expanding the firm’s presence in Indiana and beyond.
Founded in Nuth, The Netherlands, Enbi’s manufacturing footprint spans the US, Europe and Asia. The company produces high-performance precision rollers, gaskets, seals and insulation for complex applications in image transfer, fusing, substrate transport and acoustic and thermal insulation. Enbi also provides digital printing, ATMs and cash handling systems and HVAC.
