Carmel-based Seven Corners Inc. has named Sue Clevenger customer experience director. She previously worked for Aprimo LLC (formerly Teradata) as vice president of customer experience. Clevenger will oversee the multicultural 24/7 Customer Service team. Her role will include fostering an environment that thrives off of increasing client satisfaction and allow employees to develop within the organization.
Also, Jeremy Murchland has been appointed vice president of sales. He most recently worked as vice president of business development for ALOM. Murchland will be a strategic leader of the sales team driving revenue results through the design and implementation of strategic planning, process optimization, sales training and development.
