Several key bills are slated to hit the General Assembly Monday. Senate legislation concerning raising the small brewery production limit and replacing the ISTEP test with a new, so-called BEST test are up for second reading. Measures facing third reading in the House include dropping the Common Wage, funding for the state's Regional Cities Initiative and Sunday alcohol sales. The House will also be busy with second readings scheduled for legislation concerning the biennial budget, funding a proposed soccer stadium in Indianapolis, moving riverboat casinos inland and live dealer gaming, as well as the South Shore rail extension.

Senate Bill 62 is up for final reading in the House. It involves shortening the 2015 ISTEP exams.
