Several key bills are up for their final vote in the Senate and House this afternoon in Indianapolis. Hot issues that remain include repealing the common construction wage, the two-year budget, ethics reform and replacing the ISTEP exam with the BEST testing program. Senate Bill 113, which involves direct wine sales in the state, easily passed the House.
