Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP’s Brad Schwer has been elected to the Economic Club of Indiana’s Board of Directors and will serve a three-year term. The Economic Club is a forum for central Indiana’s current and emerging leaders to discuss social and economic issues that impact our economy. Schwer is the partner-in-charge of Taft’s Indianapolis office and a member of the Business & Finance group. He focuses his practice on complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and intellectual property licensing, as well as business advisory services and general corporate counseling for private equity funds, family offices and companies. Schwer currently serves on the Just the Beginning Foundation’s Indianapolis Steering Committee and is a past president of the board of directors for the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Alumni Association and a past board member of Ovar’coming Together, Inc. and the Community Development Law Center.
