Indianapolis-based Schmidt Associates has hired Ben Martin as a senior electrical engineer and Patrick Grap as a project manager. Martin previously served as an electrical project engineer with Specialized Engineering Solutions and is a U.S Marine Corps veteran. Grap previously served as a project engineer for Summit Construction and holds an associate degree from Vincennes University.
