Schmidt Associates has hired Melissa Ferise as a construction administration assistant and Trisha Martin as an architectural graduate. Ferise most recently was a performing arts secretary and dance teacher at Hamilton Southeastern High School and holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Butler University. Martin most recently was an intern with the firm and holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Iowa and dual master’s degrees from Ball State University.
