Scannell Launches Relato Apartment Project
Indianapolis-based commercial real estate developer Scannell Properties says construction is underway on a 234-unit, mixed-use development project in Bloomington. The company says the Relato Apartment complex will include approximately 14,000-square-feet of commercial space.
It’s also located near the university hospital complex in Bloomington.
The company says construction began in December, with pre-leasing expected to begin this fall. Scannell says the apartments will be move-in ready this fall.
It will offer studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
