The U.S. Small Business Administration – Indiana District Office has hired Lindsay Beckman as an economic development specialist. She recently returned from two years of Peace Corps service in Kosovo. Beckman previously served as business development director for the Morgan County Economic Development Corp. and promoting exports for the Indiana State Department of Agriculture and Ohio Development Services Agency. She will be part of a team performing outreach across the state to help drive opportunities for small businesses and entrepreneurs looking to start, grow, expand and recover. Beckman holds a bachelor’s degree from Wittenburg University.
