Salin Bank & Trust Co. has named John Frieburg III executive vice president, chief credit officer. He previously worked for The Bank and Trust Co. of Arlington Heights, Glenview State Bank and First Colonial Bank Shares. Frieburg was previously president for Harris Bank Huntley, Harris Bank Rolling Meadows and Market President of BMO Harris Central Indiana. He earned his bachelor degree in organizational behavior from Northwestern University and his MBA from the Kellogg School, Northwestern University.
