She previously held leadership roles at both Career Consultants LLC and the St. Vincent Heart Center, where she cultivated workplace environments with an emphasis on employee enrichment, employee engagement, and a positive leadership culture. In her new role, Richardson will be responsible for all functions of the bank’s human resources management, marketing and corporate training. She brings an extensive professional background in human resources management and employment law, along with critically important leadership and team development skills to the bank. Richardson received her Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction degree in Political Science from Indiana University, Bloomington and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Indiana University, Indianapolis.
