Global sales engagement platform SalesLoft, headquartered in Atlanta, has acquired Indianapolis-based management software provider Costello. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Costello announced what it calls an enhanced API integration with SalesLoft last year, to allow customers of both companies to manage their accounts within SalesLoft. Officials say the integration is expected to run smoothly because the companies have joint customers.

The companies plan to invest and enhance product capabilities as they merge Costello capabilities into the SalesLoft platform.
