Salesforce Partner Makes Key Hires

Balance Digital Marketing has selected John Duncan to serve as executive vice president and Phil Schott to serve as vice president of services.
The company says the hires are part of its commitment to the Indiana Economic Development Corp. to add 36 jobs by 2024. Mike Chaplin, president of Balance, says the company plans to add more jobs this year, putting it ahead of schedule for 2016.
Balance says Duncan will focus on bringing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to the nonprofit and education sectors in his new role. He previously served as director and chief development officer of the Delta Upsilon Educational Foundation. Schott previously served manager of deliverability at Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In his new role, Schott will lead and growing the company’s full services team.

Balance has also hired Maria Chkeri and Maureen Knaus to serve as deployment managers. They will be responsible for managing the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the NCAA and the United Way, respectively.
