SafeKeeping Offers Free Software for Senior Care Facilities

Evansville-based SafeKeeping Inc. has announced that it is providing free software to all senior care facilities in the U.S. and Canada. The company says its Family Communicator platform can help isolated senior citizens by connecting them to their loved ones and caretakers.

SafeKeeping says its platform enables staff to send real-time mass notifications to families via SMS text and email, and a PointClickCare integration allows families access to resident health information.

Senior care facilities around the nation have imposed strict no-visitation policies, and the company says its PointClickCare partner program can help healthcare facilities by sharing resident health updates with families.

SafeKeeping CEO Doug Wilcox says his company is on a mission to help senior care centers create and establish better ways of communicating and staying connected with family and friends.

“Having partnered with PointClickCare – and thanks to their cooperation – we can provide our software to facilities wanting to keep families connected and give peace-of-mind that their loved ones are safe.” Wilcox said.

The company says facilities currently using the platform are seeing a reduction in time-consuming resident update requests from family members and improved family satisfaction.

SafeKeeping was the winner of Zionsville’s zWORKS Pitch Night in October 2019.

We must not fund our own destruction

If the headline sounds ominous, that’s by design. This is not hyperbole. The United States is funding numerous Chinese companies—many with ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the Chinese military. This is the very country which, by all accounts, is posing the most serious threat to our national security in our lifetime....
