Rx Help Centers Details Big Expansion

Indianapolis-based Rx Help Centers LLC is planning to move to a new operations center and add up to 230 jobs in the next three years. The company currently employs 21 and has more than 150 clients, including Batesville-based Hillenbrand Inc. (NYSE: HI), the city of Fishers and the NHL’s New York Islanders.
Rx Help Centers works with pharmaceutical manufacturers, public and private foundations and wholesale mail-order pharmacies to lower the cost of prescriptions for its clients. Last year, the company’s focus shifted from individuals to employers, which led to triple-digit revenue growth in each quarter since.
Its current facility, which is next to the new one, will transition to the company’s headquarters and training center. Chief Executive Officer Jeffery Christensen says "Indiana offers a nearly-ideal mix of well-educated, pragmatic and well-rounded workers with an unusually strong work ethic."
Rx Help Centers has added 12 workers since January and says 50 of the new group could be brought in by the end of the year.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. has offered the company up to $1.5 million in conditional tax incentives.
