Days Corp. says it plans to add up to 20 workers over the next year and a half to keep up with continued demand. The company has also announced a realignment of its top leadership roles.
The company says it currently employs 100 in Elkhart County. It serves the RV sector through its distribution and logistics, machinery movers, electrical, equalizer systems and export packing divisions.
Days Corp. says it has enjoyed growth of more than 20 percent over the last two years and is anticipating the same pace for the next two.
The executive changes are:
- Vice President Finance Nate Carpenter will also be chief financial officer.
- Director of the Equalizer Systems division and Director of Corporate Sales Kevin Schmidt will serve as a vice president
- Corporate Marketing Director Regan Beasley will also be a vice president
The company has more than 200 domestic and international clients.
Days President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Sproatt says "we have made these changes in response to the momentous amount of recent growth and opportunity.
