Ruth’s Chris Steak House has promoted Matt Bauer to general manager of its downtown Indianapolis restaurant. He started with the steak house in 2002 as a server and bartender. Working his way up through the company ladder, Bauer was promoted to assistant general manager at Ruth’s Chris Indianapolis downtown location in 2012. Since then, he has overseen the training and development for all Ruth’s Chris managers in Indiana and Missouri, and has been a key component in implementing new company-wide systems.
