Rush to Give State of the Judiciary

Rush to Give State of the Judiciary Chief Justice Loretta Rush gave an update on the commercial court project in her State of the Judiciary address.

Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta Rush will give her annual State of the Judiciary address Wednesday afternoon at the Statehouse. The 2017 address, titled "Praise for our Partners in Justice," will celebrate those whose contributions are vital to the judicial branch’s success.

Legislators will be joined by trial and appellate court judges from throughout the state. The Supreme Court says the address will "focus on the work of clerks, public defenders, prosecutors, probation officers, volunteers, advocates, law enforcement, interpreters, service providers, mentors, educators, local government officials, attorneys, and others."

The State of the Judiciary will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday and will air on Indiana Public Broadcasting Stations. You can also view a live stream of the address by clicking here.
