The Judicial Nominating Commission has voted to reappoint Loretta Rush as Indiana’s Chief Justice. Rush was appointed to the high court in 2012 and was first chosen as Chief Justice in 2014. She has overseen the development of statewide e-filing, continued implementation of a state case management system and created commercial courts. Rush holds degrees from Purdue University and Indiana University.
