Jansing is with the firm’s bridge and structural department and will focus on bridge replacement designs for LaPorte and Hendricks counties along with several INDOT bridge rehabilitation projects. He previously served as bridge department manager at Northwest Consultants, Inc. He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Purdue University. Heck has joined the firm’s architecture department in LaPorte. She previously worked at IngenAE as a senior project architect, where she focused on prototype designs and project contract proposals. Heck also acted as a project manager on multiple projects simultaneously, working on schematic design phase through construction completion. Heck earned a master of architecture degree from Boston Architecture College and received her bachelor of science in architecture from Ball State University
