Jeff Fisher has joined RQAW Corp. as director of human resources. He brings 20 years of experience in the human-resources field to the firm. Fisher previously served as director of recruiting at Lithko, the nation’s second-largest concrete contractor. He also previously served as executive recruitment director at Anthem Inc. and vice president, executive talent acquisition professional with Fifth Third Bank. Fisher received his bachelor of science in marketing from Ball State. 

Also, Nathan Cook has been named director of information technology. He has 18 years of IT experience. Cook previously served eight years as an executive IT analyst advisor at Anthem Inc. He also served in leadership positions at Zimmer Inc. where he worked as senior desktop analyst and supervisor of computer operations.
