RQAW Corp. has added two engineers. Bethany Holmes has been hired for its roads division, while Josh Goodmon joins its water-resources staff. Holmes has served as a field surveyor and inspector and as a civil associate with Michael Baker International. She holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Rose Hulman Institute. Goodmon previously served as a civil engineer intern at Fleis & VanderBrink Engineering. He holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering technology from Purdue.
