Carmel-based Verizon Authorized Retailer Round Room LLC has acquired Wireless Advantage, which includes 45 locations in markets throughout the southeastern United States. The deal expands Round Room’s footprint to more than 1,200 stores in 43 states.
Wireless Advantage was founded in 2001 in Alabama. The company and its employees will move forward under the TCC banner, with back-office support staff moving to Round Room’s headquarters in Carmel.
Round Room says, since 2015, its flagship company TCC has more than doubled in size through acquisitions. The company also owns Redux, which has developed technology to remove moisture from cell phones, and Culture of Good Inc., which it says helps organizations build cultural movements. Round Room operates 876 TCC stores and 365 Wireless Zone locations throughout the United States.
