He is senior director for major gifts at the Chicago school. He is currently leading a $250 million fundraising campaign set to conclude in December 2016.
Brady will begin his new job at Rose-Hulman on January 1, 2016. He will oversee operations involving fundraising, alumni affairs and corporate and foundation giving.
His previous experience also includes positions at Webster University in St. Louis and St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer. Brady succeeds Rickey McCurry, who stepped down earlier this year to become vice president for development and alumni affairs at the University of Tennessee. Retired advancement executive Doug Smith has been serving in the role on an interim basis.
