The institute says Fenn will also develop programs that promote cultural change in the area of diversity within the institute.
“Janice Fenn combines a wealth of experience with valuable organizational and community skills to work with our Diversity Council in the development of a diversity plan that shapes, defines, and embraces the institute’s vision of diversity, and provide active support for achieving that vision,” said Rose-Hulman President Jim Conwell. “She also will provide guidance to the Office of Human Resources as our resident authority on diversity in hiring practices and diversity training.”
