The Society of Women Engineers’ has given Carlotta Berry the Distinguished Engineering Educator Award. She is the endowed chair for electrical and computer engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Berry holds a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and a Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University.
