Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana has named Stacy Payne Miller chief operating officer. She has 18 years of experience in management and operations in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Payne Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Green Belt in Six Sigma from Purdue University School of Engineering.
