Centier Bank has named Deborah Robinson senior vice president of community relations and business development. She previously worked for First Merchants Banks, following its acquisition of Americana Bank, where she was chief banking officer. A seasoned banker, Robinson has also previously worked at Old National Bank, overseeing the Bank’s marketing and retail expansion efforts in Indianapolis, Louisville, Fort Wayne, Lafayette and South Bend. She leads a team of banking professionals spanning across the state to develop and coordinate the bank’s philanthropy, community outreach, financial wellness and Community Investment Act initiatives. Robinson is a graduate of Ball State University and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.  She serves on the Marketing Advisory Board for Miller College of Business at Ball State University and is Chairperson for the Journalism Alumni Board of Directors at Ball State University.
