Indianapolis-based RMS Safety has promoted Kevin Beswick (pictured) to president. John Lindenschmidt, the firm’s founder, has assumed the role of chief executive officer. Also, Mike Mariner has been promoted to vice president of industry & ergonomics.

Beswick previously served as manager of construction services. He is a graduate of Indiana State University.
