Terre Haute-based RJL Solutions has added Christina Pearison as executive assistant. She previously served as director of faculty and development at the Osler Institute. Also, Pearison and her husband own Sullivan-based Divine Construction. 

Pearison graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College with a bachelor of science in human resources with a minor in business management. In August, she received her master of leadership and development from the Woods. She also completed the first graduate certification in women’s leadership.
