River Ridge Approves Land Sale

The board approved Executive Director Jerry Acy to negotiate the sale to an undisclosed buyer. The sale is expected to generate $4 million for further development.
“We are pleased to be able to maintain positive momentum at River Ridge,” Acy said. “We expect this land sale to bring more major development, create good-paying jobs for our community and generate new revenue for the state and local governments.”
The development authority currently has over 50 businesses employing 10,000 workers.
