RISE INDY Adds VP

Indianapolis-based nonproft RISE INDY has named Jennifer Wagner Chartier vice president of communications and marketing. She previously served as communications director for the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute and Indiana Democratic Party. Chartier holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and JD from the Indiana University School of Law.
