The Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation Inc. has added Kevin Kessinger (pictured), Alex Cohen and Scott Semester (pictured) to its staff. Kessinger joined the foundation as chief financial officer. He previously served as associate vice president for finance and administration at DePauw University. Kessinger received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. Cohen has been named director of learning and evaluation. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Indiana University. Cohen earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from Yale University. Semester joined the foundation as executive assistant. He previously served as chief of staff of Shalom Health Care Center and administrative director of the Center for Child and Family Therapy. Semester holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
