Co-owners Gregory Keyler and Douglas Pillow say the 20,000 square-foot flexible office and meeting space is near where the city’s massive new Community Justice Campus is being built. Keyler says "because of the building’s location we knew we had an opportunity to be on the forefront of helping revitalize the southeast side of Indianapolis." Construction on the first, $55 million phase of the criminal justice complex began in July.
Keyler adds "we want to help entrepreneurs like us who need a convenient office space close to downtown without the hassles of parking or higher fees often associated with the downtown location." The coworking space, the owners say, is designed to engage entrepreneurs "at every stage of business."
The grand opening Thursday afternoon will feature a keynote address from Indiana Economic Development Corp. President Elaine Bedel.
The EnterChange includes coworking space, private offices, meeting rooms, event space, fitness center and a recording room and video studio. You can connect to more about the facilities by clicking here.
