Officials in Whitestown are celebrating the grand opening of the $35 million Anson Senior Living Community and Memory Care Center. The project, developed by Denver-based Spectrum Retirement, features 180 units between two buildings near I-65 in the Boone County town.
Construction on the project began nearly two years ago. The development features a four-story building with 140 units designed for independent living. The second, two-story building features 40 units reserved for assisted living and the Memory Care Center.
The new location features a movie theater, salon, bistro, chef-prepared meals and retail space.
