Farm Equipment magazine has named Hamilton County-based Reynolds Farm Equipment the 2018 North American Dealer of the Year. It is the first time an Indiana-headquartered equipment dealer has received the honor.
The award recognizes the top agricultural equipment dealer in North America based on a variety of performance metrics and a review of transformational initiatives, such as succession, leadership, and performance management. The winner is chosen by an independent panel of industry experts.
Reynolds Chief Executive Officer Mitch Frazier says, "This international recognition is tremendous validation of the quality work our team delivers for customers every day and is a great catalyst to fuel our continued transformation."
Reynolds Farm Equipment was founded in 1955 in Fishers and now operates out of Atlanta, Indiana, employing more than 200. In addition to this new accolade, the company was also named a top-performing dealer in North America by John Deere the past two years.
Frazier was a guest on the new Ag + Bio + Science podcast, a collaboration between AgriNovus Indiana and Inside INdiana Business, in an episode that will be posted here in the coming weeks.
