Tucanos Brazilian Grill will open at Noblesville’s Hamilton Town Center in February — and is now staffing more than 130 local positions during its job fair.

Tucanos Brazilian Grill is hiring for more than 130 local full-time, part-time and seasonal positions, including:
*Servers (must be 19 to serve)
*Meat Servers (must be 19 to serve)
*Bartenders (must be 21 to bartend)
Tucanos offers authentic Rio de Janeiro-inspired Brazilian cuisine, which showcases a unique and extensive palette of local and international wood-grilled offerings. The affordably priced feast includes more than 15 different skewers of beef, pork, turkey, chicken, sausage, vegetables and pineapple carved and served tableside. Guests also can explore more than 70 freshly prepared hot and cold dishes at the award-winning Salad Festival.
