News Release

Noblesville, Ind. — Northside diners can soon experience authentic Brazilian churrasco dining closer to home. Tucanos Brazilian Grill plans to debut its newest location at Noblesville's Hamilton Town Center in February. This is the second Tucanos sited in Indiana – a Fort Wayne location opened its doors in November 2013.

Once fully open, Tucanos will create more than 130 new jobs in Noblesville, including servers, hosts and management. By the end of the project, Tucanos and the developer of the restaurant site will have invested more than $2.5 million into the local market.

“It's exciting to continue our Indiana expansion with the opening of this Noblesville location,” said Steve Oldham, founder and CEO of Tucanos. “We look forward to bringing a taste of Brazil to the local dining landscape, and introducing our tableside dining experience to the northside and neighboring communities.”

Tucanos serves Rio de Janeiro-inspired Brazilian churrasco cuisine, which showcases a unique and extensive palette of local and international wood-grilled meats and salads. The affordably priced feast includes more than 15 different skewers of beef, pork, turkey, chicken, sausage, vegetables and pineapple carved and served tableside. Guests also can explore more than 70 freshly prepared hot and cold dishes at the award-winning Salad Festival.

The d?cor of the restaurant is lively but sophisticated, providing a festive, yet refined ambience. Tucanos' architectural aesthetic features a mix of festive colors, sharded tile waves, decorative fabrics and glass, mahogany and maple accents, custom granite counters and tropical greenery.

Tucanos Brazilian Grill is based in Denver, and operates restaurants in Albuquerque, N.M.; Colorado Springs, Colo.; Boise, Idaho; Provo and Salt Lake City, Utah; St. Charles, Mo.; Newport News, Va.; Sugar Land, Texas and Fort Wayne, Ind. A third Indiana location will open its doors in 2014.
