RESOURCE has added Steve Shockley as director of valuation services. He leads the newly-created arm which includes appraisal, consulting and research. Shockley has worked in a number of smaller appraisal firms, beginning in 2005 when he first got into real estate while living in Louisville, Kentucky. He then moved to Evansville, where he started his own appraisal firm. For the prior two years he worked for Butler, Fairman and Seufert, a civil engineering firm, where he provided valuation assistance for the acquisition of real property for public projects.
