Renovations Coming to Edinburgh Premium Outlets

Renovations are on the way to Edinburgh Premium Outlets with plans announced by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc. (NYSE: SPG). Construction on the multi-million-dollar facelift, which includes new signage and a food truck plaza, is set to begin this fall. 

The multi-million dollar plans include an archway sign, two new courts visible from I-65 on the east side of the property and a food truck plaza on the southwest corner. A playground plaza will also be built to include attractions, green space and shaded seating. 

Other renovations include:

• Free Wi-Fi
• Landscaping and seating
• Digital directories and signage
• Facade improvements
• Upgraded restrooms

Renovations are expected to be finished in 2019.
