Evansville-based Regency Properties has promoted Nic Oberholtzer to finance manager. He joined the firm in 2015 as a financial analyst. In his new position, Oberholtzer will be responsible for overseeing treasury and finance functions of the company. His primary responsibility area will be liquidity management and preparation of financial and credit analysis in support of the chief financial officer.
