Indianapolis-based Litz Real Estate is expanding. The company says it has invested $750,000 to move into a larger headquarters in the city and plans to add nearly one dozen employees.

The new headquarters will house Litz Real Estate and Litz & Eaton Development Co. Litz says it will add up to 10 new employees in lead management and executive roles and a commercial leasing team. The company currently has 10 real estate and 25 construction employees.

The company says the move is "growth-inspired" and puts it in a space more than quadruple the size of its former office. The new facility features a warehouse and showroom. Litz, founded more than 40 years ago, provides services including buying and selling homes, appraisal and residential and commercial development.
