The U.S. Department of Defense has awarded a nearly $50 million contract to Raytheon Technical Services Co. in Indianapolis. The contract calls for services in support of the U.S. Navy’s Environmental Satellite Receiver Processor program.
Raytheon will provide engineering, production, procurement, in-service engineering and support services for the program. The contract also calls for the procurement of Program Executive Office Command Control Communications Computers for the Navy as well.
The DOD says the work will primarily be performed in Indianapolis and is expected to be complete by September 2022. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command in California is the contracting activity.
