Raytheon Scores Another Indy Contract

Raytheon has reduced energy consumption by 13 percent and has been a "Zero Landfill" facility since 2011.

Raytheon Technical Services Co. LLC in Indianapolis has secured a nearly $9.6 million agreement for aircraft-guided missile launcher technology. The work is set to be complete in June 2018.

It involves technology for U.S. Navy F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G aircraft and all the work will be performed in Indianapolis.

The company announced in March it planned to bring 250 jobs to the Marion County operation from California and Virginia locations.

In May, the company’s Fort Wayne location was awarded a more than $11.6 million contract for aircraft communications technology engineering services for the Australian Navy and government.
